Sarah Day<\/strong> will mark the occasion with a celebratory reflection on this decade of poetry in the heart of Hobart. <\/p>\n Anne M Carson<\/strong> completed her PhD (responding to George Sand\u2019s life & work) which won the Outstanding Dissertation Prize (2024). She\u2019s developed this accessible and intriguing poetry into her 5th collection, George Sand (and Me): a poetic biography.<\/p>\n Kristen Lang<\/strong> is a writer and wildlife surveyor living in north-west Tasmania. Her precisely-crafted words immerse us in the aliveness of the natural world. You\u2019ll never feel the same way about rocks after hearing Kristen\u2019s poems.<\/p>\n David Mason<\/strong>, a former Poet Laureate of Colorado, migrated to Tasmania in 2018. He writes essays, libretti, as well as insightful poetry.
