LAUNCH: ANDREW SANT'S ESSAY COLLECTION, 'HOW TO PROCEED'

Pete Hay launched Andrew Sant's essay collection How to Proceed, (Puncher & Wattmann), at Hobart Bookshop on Thursday, 27th October, 2016.

Hay began by referring to Sant's reputation as a '... distinguished, urbane, cosmopolitan poet and man-of-letters'. He was having none of it. 'Your impression is entirely wrong!'

'This is my old dissolute drinking mate known as "Santy", and until I surrender the floor, "Santy" it's going to be!'
